About the Swiss Water Process

Swiss Water is a 100 percent chemical-free method. Coffee beans are soaked in pure water, allowing caffeine to dissolve naturally. The water is then filtered to remove caffeine, and the beans are reintroduced to absorb their full flavor again — without the caffeine. No chemicals, no harsh aftertaste, just clean, smooth decaf.
