The Volcan Coffee is currently a mix of Costa Rican coffees, Honduran Coffees, and Guatemalan coffees. (Quintessential Central Blend) This changes a little bit from crop to crop but it’s generally a mix of Centrals every year. For the Swiss water we carry it more for the “process” of the decaffeination.
The cool part is they only use a combination of water, green coffee extract, and carbon filtration to remove the caffeine from the coffee.
